This made their court booking a far more efficient system to use.”

Mark explained, “We have increasingly encouraged our clients to book online for various programs and that is gaining more and more traction. We have a NetSports App which syncs in with all our SportLogic programs and that makes it much easier for clients to book online into one of our programs.”

Mark highlighted, "Whilst other tennis venues were lumbered with Term payments and then coercing their clients to do make up lessons in lieu of cancelled lessons, our direct debit method did not charge clients whenever lessons were cancelled. That resulted in a huge spike in goodwill from our local tennis community." The user-friendly interface also helped staff adapt quickly.
