Will there be a downtime or payment disruption?

No — once your setup is complete, the switch to Worldpay (formerly Payrix) takes only a few minutes. It’s designed to be seamless, so your payments will continue without any interruption or downtime.

How will I know how to use this?

The Worldpay team will instruct and provide guidance on portal logins and location of reports. And also, Sportlogic has dedicated a Transition Manager (Dan Hamilton) that will work alongside you in this transfer.

Why are you forcing me to change? Ezidebit was working fine.

We’re making this shift to offer better features, pricing, and ongoing support for all clients.

Is this going to cost me more money?

Not at all — in most cases, you’ll save. We can provide a direct comparison if you’d like.
